Artist's Play Room #43 ~ In My Pantry?!

I admit to BEing utterly stumped by this prompt. In the Wee Cottage, what might BE considered my "pantry" is actually this cupboard so high up I need a step-stool to reach most things, and it is woefully out of place in this tiny little home of mine...

Well, I thought, let me try this. I have a couple of things up on the glass doors. One is a bookmark with this quote from Dr. Robert Schuller:

What would you attempt to do if you knew you would not fail?

The other a little note, the source of which I canNOT recall which says:

Darling, I love you just the way you are.

Which is something that makes me smile several times each day.

Little things like these, along with my boxes of tea and a few pantry-ish items, always give me a good feeling. I didn't realise this until this prompt, so I am grateful. I think it's been very intentional.

Who knew?!

Anyhow, BEyond that, and a good bit of digital fiddling, that's it, that's all...

This is a great story you shared about your pantry here :) I love the quotes and I think it is perfect to keep them in the pantry as this is important spiritual food.
Your digital fiddling looks great! Beautiful colors!

Do you/have you answered the question "What would you attempt to do if you knew you would not fail?"? Immediately I answered, Painting/drawing. On reflection I think I would attempt to be a more outgoing and sociable person.
I love the colours you've ended up with here Currie. They remind me of the sunshine reflecting off some pretty mirri card :0) Mo

Lovely colours and sentiments. I suppose if I KNEW I wouldn't fall I would get up on a stool like you for the high-up things, but there is an iron-clad rule in our house that at 77 and 80 we are not allowed to climb on a stool without the other one holding on to us. Rules, rules rules - but better than a broken hip.
I usually do my blog-hopping on my i-pad and find that it won't let me leave comments on your site. So I have been checking you out and really enjoying your blog posts. Loved the different take on What's in your Pantry.

Great colors and composition, love the script running through! Your wee house sounds so delightful. I often think why I need all the "stuff", and am starting to weed out!

Whew! So I'm not the only one who was stumped somewhere along the way? Interesting—we used the same colors, though you managed them to better effect, producing a much more integrated piece.
